We aim to respond in 2-3 working days by email. Following that we like to talk to all our artists on the phone to get to know you a little, and see if the platform is right for you and our customer base, and answer any of your questions.
If you are successful we then ask you to JOIN the online site. This is FREE. You can then start to set up your online shop. We will send you a more comprehensive application form to complete and return, so that we can add you to our Artists’ page with your biography, story and a photograph.

Our model is SIMPLE we take between 10% & 15% commission an anything you sell. The commission rate is agreed with each individual artist in advance and is pre-set dependent on the types of pieces being sold and the nature of the costs incurred by each artist in making them (eg fabrication or foundry costs.)
Orders you receive on the website must only be paid by the buyer through the website’s payment facility operated by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. This is for your security. We do not hold any customer payment details. We accept payments using Visa, Mastercard and all debit cards.
