Oh this colour is sooo gorgeous and uplifting! I love the way the Pail leans gently to one side. The driftwood handle is just right for the colour of the Pail – so reminiscent of the sea. The Pail is handbuilt, using coiling techniques and stands approx 32cm tall and 9cm dia. The ‘found’ driftwood handle has a span of approx 20cm. It’s made from smooth white earthenware and therefore isn’t suitable for use with liquids, so I supply a liner. -
The smoke firing on this Moon Jar has intensified the Persian blue and green glazes, giving a wonderfully swirling effect, a real impact piece of art. Handbuilt with white earthenware clay and using the “smoke on glaze” technique the Moon Jar stands approx. 23cm dia
