Delivery Information
I despatch items within 3 working days and use Royal Mail as the carrier.
Parcels are sent by ‘Track & Sign’ for improved security.
Postage and packing is free within the UK.
I take great care when packing items however sometimes pieces are damaged in transit. Should your purchase arrive damaged please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package. I will offer a refund or replacement with a similar item from current stock on receipt of photographs of any damage. As my pieces are so unique, I can’t offer a full like for like replacement for damaged pieces.

If the purchase has already been shipped, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive(d) it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Once the item is back in my possession, You will be refunded the cost of the item.
As a small business, I cannot refund postage costs.
I cannot accept returns on commissioned items, or seasonal items including Christmas baubles.
